Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the ClaimCart beta service.

Effective August 3, 2026

Using ClaimCart

You must be legally able to enter an agreement, provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use ClaimCart only for lawful commerce. You are responsible for products, pricing, taxes, customer service, shipping, refunds, and compliance with Meta, Instagram, consumer-protection, privacy, and messaging rules.

Beta service

ClaimCart is an early-stage beta and may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. Features may be modified or discontinued. You should independently verify orders and inventory before fulfilling a purchase.

Payments and transactions

ClaimCart currently creates reservations and order records but does not process customer payments. Any external payment arrangement is between the merchant, buyer, and payment provider.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Instagram data, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, sell prohibited goods, interfere with the service, evade platform limits, access another merchant’s information, or use ClaimCart for fraud or harassment.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. ClaimCart is not responsible for lost sales, platform outages, merchant-buyer disputes, fulfillment failures, or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or terminated to protect users, comply with law or platform requirements, address security risks, or respond to violations. You may stop using ClaimCart and request deletion of eligible information.
