Refund policy
How refunds work for ClaimCart software access—and why buyer purchases from Instagram sellers are separate.
Effective September 5, 2026
1. ClaimCart software purchases
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for paid ClaimCart software access. The Founding Merchant offer is a one-time USD 25 purchase for lifetime Pro access to the purchasing ClaimCart account. It does not pay for merchandise sold by Instagram merchants.
2. Refund eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. We also review duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, and material technical failures. Paddle and ClaimCart may request information needed to verify the purchase. Applicable consumer rights remain available. Refunded lifetime access is revoked after Paddle confirms the refund.
3. Seller product refunds
Instagram sellers—not ClaimCart—set prices, collect buyer payments, fulfill orders, and remain responsible for lawful refund terms. Their policy is shown before checkout and on the private order page. If the seller accepts refunds and the paid order remains within its configured window, the buyer can select a listed reason, add a note, and send a request from that page. The merchant reviews and updates the request in its dashboard. ClaimCart records the workflow but cannot refund money it did not collect or guarantee that a request qualifies.
If a seller appears not to follow the displayed policy, email support@claimcart.store with the order number and relevant screenshots or other evidence. We may review platform misuse, but buyers should also use any payment-provider, consumer-protection, or legal rights available to them.
Request a ClaimCart refund
Sign in to the ClaimCart account used for the purchase, then submit the Paddle transaction ID shown on your receipt.
4. Additional help
Email contact@claimcart.store from the purchasing email. Include the Paddle transaction ID, but never send full card details.
