Disconnect Instagram

1. Open Instagram and go to Settings and activity.
2. Open Website permissions, then Apps and Websites.
3. Find ClaimCart and choose Remove.

This stops future access through that authorization. Meta may take time to notify connected services.

Request deletion from ClaimCart

1. Sign in to your ClaimCart merchant account.
2. Open the Instagram section and confirm the connected username.
3. Email contact@claimcart.store with the subject “ClaimCart data deletion request.” Include your ClaimCart account email and connected Instagram username so ownership can be verified.

We acknowledge verified requests within 7 days and normally complete deletion within 30 days. For buyer-order information, contact the merchant named on the order record. Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or law.

Remove drafts from your device

Studio drafts and reusable images/logos are stored in your browser, including demo drafts. Sign-out, Instagram disconnection, and server-side deletion requests do not clear these local copies. Clear ClaimCart site data in your browser settings on every device you used. This removes drafts and preferences and may sign you out; download anything you want to keep first. Delete already-published posts through Instagram.

What is deleted

After identity and authority are verified, eligible merchant profile data, Instagram connection records, publishing assets and jobs, post mappings, automation records, promo-code configuration, policy settings, and associated service data are deleted or anonymized. Buyer requests may cover contact details, checkout records, payment-proof files, shipping records, and refund-request notes where deletion is legally available. A confirmation will be provided when processing is complete.
